Job Descriptions 

Framer

Responsible for simple layout and installation of interior and exterior stud walls.  Basic print reading skills required. Experience with metal studs preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of power actuated tools and lasers required, but training will be provided  Must be able to physically lift 100 lbs. and work at heights. Safety training preferred, but will be provided.

Drywall Installer

Responsible for installing drywall and exterior board as needed. Knowledge of screw gun and other power tools required, but training provided. Must have the ability to measure and cut accurately, be able to physically lift 100 lbs. and work at heights. Safety training preferred, but will be provided.

Finisher

Responsible for finishing drywall to be ready for paint. Hand finishing and sanding tools required. Must be able to work at heights. Safety training preferred, but will be provided.

Acoustic Ceiling Installer

Responsible for layout and installation of acoustical ceilings. Basic print reading, layout skills and ability to square up grid and make proper, accurate cuts required. Must be able to work at heights. Safety training preferred, but will be provided.

Foreman

Minimum 7-10 years experience in construction field.  Experienced framer and drywall installer. Ability to manage others and communicate with front office, general contractors, supervisors and other trades people. Willing to maintain jobsite and safety records. Current 10 hour OSHA safety training certificate required.
